Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding hotel reservations.

  • Assist customers in booking, modifying, or canceling hotel reservations using our online booking system.
  • Upsell and recommend additional services or upgrades to enhance the guest's experience.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and travel trends.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to bookings, customer satisfaction, and response times.
  • Accurately enter and update customer details and reservation information in the system.
  • Collaborate with hotel partners and other departments to resolve issues and fulfill customer requests.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or call center environments is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM systems, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work setting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate global customers.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for taking calls.

Educational Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
