Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom SharePoint applications and workflows.
• Configure and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to meet business requirements.
• Develop and deploy SharePoint web parts, apps, and features using tools like SPFx, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, etc.) to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and optimizations to existing SharePoint sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint performance issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive SharePoint documentation and user guides.
• Provide support and training to end-users to ensure effective use of SharePoint solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience.
• Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online (Office 365), including site design, customization, and administration.
• Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React for developing custom solutions.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of SharePoint APIs and integration capabilities.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations and upgrades.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SharePoint On-Premises environments and SharePoint Designer.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing SharePoint projects and pipelines.
• Microsoft certifications such as MCSA: SharePoint or Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate.
• Experience with SharePoint governance and compliance policies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
