As a Part-Time Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and connecting talented individuals with suitable technical roles within DevOps, AI/ML, FullStack Developers, Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Development, and related IT fields. Key Responsibilities
• Talent Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical roles within the IT and Data Science sectors, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates, providing a compelling overview of job opportunities and assessing their suitability for the role.
• Screening and Evaluation: Conduct detailed candidate screenings, evaluating technical skills, experience, and cultural fit based on job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Arrange and manage interviews between selected candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout the interview and hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Reporting and Updates: Provide regular updates on candidate progress, challenges, and feedback to the recruiting team.

Requirements
• Eligibility: Open exclusively to Indian migrant students currently studying in the USA in any course.
