Job Title: SAP HR Payroll Functional Consultant
Location: Georgia (GA) or Minnesota (MN) - Hybrid

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team in a hybrid work setting based in Georgia or Minnesota. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing SAP HR Payroll modules to ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance with organizational policies and regulations. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and can balance remote work with occasional on-site collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and maintain SAP HR Payroll modules to meet business needs.
• Analyze and document payroll processes, identifying areas for system enhancement.
• Provide functional expertise in payroll configuration, time evaluation, and tax processing.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and system alignment.
• Conduct testing for payroll system updates and modifications to ensure seamless functionality.
• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and international payroll regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to avoid payroll disruptions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP HR Payroll consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll, time management, and integration with other modules.
• Expertise in US payroll regulations, tax setups, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in configuring payroll schemas and rules.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment preferred.
