Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
  • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and technical support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, showing empathy and a customer-first attitude.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the customer support process and make recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, helpdesk tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home.
  • Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Educational Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Customer service certifications or related training is an advantage but not required.
