We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Online Coaches for Adults with Disabilities. In this part-time, remote role, you will provide guidance, encouragement, and personalized support to individuals seeking to enhance their life skills, independence, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to develop and achieve personal goals, such as improving daily living skills, communication, or job readiness.
- Conduct virtual coaching sessions using video conferencing and other online tools.
- Create tailored plans to support individual needs, celebrating progress and addressing challenges.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of sessions and communicate updates to the program coordinator.
- Foster an empowering and inclusive environment that respects each client's unique abilities and aspirations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in education, social work, coaching, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and digital tools for remote work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
