Key Responsibilities:

• Offer personalized career advice to job seekers via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Guide candidates on job search strategies, interview preparation, and salary negotiations.
• Stay updated on the latest hiring trends, job market conditions, and best practices for remote work.
• Provide ongoing support to clients as they progress through the job application process.
• Track and report on client progress and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A background in human resources, recruiting, or career coaching is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Comfortable using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• A passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
