About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and oversee multiple creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders to develop creative briefs, set project timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure all creative deliverables meet high standards of quality, consistency, and brand integrity.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resources to maximize ROI.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address project challenges, keeping the team on track and within scope.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in project management within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
