Position Summary:

As a Closer, you will play a critical role in the sales cycle by handling qualified leads and converting them into committed clients. You’ll work remotely, focusing on closing sales, meeting targets, and ensuring a seamless experience for prospects throughout the sales process. Your primary goal will be to convert warm leads into successful sales while providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close Sales Deals: Manage and close incoming leads, converting prospects into customers with a high conversion rate.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through follow-ups, personalized communication, and effective negotiation.
  • Sales Strategy: Utilize proven sales techniques and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate records of client interactions and updates in our CRM system.
  • Client Communication: Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings with prospects, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track sales metrics, provide regular updates, and analyze performance to optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to driving revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in a sales closing role, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Sales Skills: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and build trust.
  • Time Zone Requirement: Must be able to work within CST hours to accommodate client schedules.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software, virtual communication tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a remote setting.
  • Problem-Solver: Quick thinker who can handle objections and close deals with confidence.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
