We are seeking a dedicated and professional part-time call center agent to join our team to help book and set appointments for homeowners interested in home renovation through HomeBuddy . The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide exceptional service. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you.

We would be looking for someone who would be available from 5 or 6 pm EST - 11pm or 12 am Monday & Friday as well as afternoons and evenings Saturdays & Sundays.
