This dual-role position involves analyzing business requirements, improving system processes, and facilitating Agile Scrum ceremonies to ensure project success. As a W2-only contractor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Develop and document workflows, use cases, and system specifications.
• Act as a Scrum Master, leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed and remove project roadblocks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to drive successful project delivery.
