As the Director of Implementation, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our services, leading a team of project managers, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation team in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
• Oversee the coordination of cross-functional teams to align project goals with overall business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for the implementation team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and product teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of projects and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present status reports, project updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (PMP, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale implementation projects across diverse industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Microsoft Project) and data analysis.
• Experience in managing remote teams and working in a fully remote environment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
