Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Data Entry Professionals to join our team and work remotely from the comfort of your own home. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $260/day. Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and verify data accurately and efficiently
• Provide daily technical support for network systems, desktop systems, software, and hardware
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network problems
• Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security
• Respond to client queries, resolve computer-related issues, and provide technical assistance via phone or remote access
• Install and configure hardware and software as needed (including systems like SPLUS, ETPS2, E2K)
• Conduct follow-up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Travel between offices for site visits, equipment installation, or troubleshooting, as required

Requirements:
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server)
• Familiarity with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Symantec, Ghost, Remote Desktop Applications, Active Directory, and various web browsers is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace

Location:
• Domiciled in TXALG with potential substitute locations in TXDFW, TXDAL
• Travel may be required between offices
