About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Part-Time CFO and Financial Modeler to join our team. This role is designed for a finance expert who can provide high-level financial guidance, develop financial models, and support long-term business planning. As a part-time, remote position, this is an ideal role for an experienced CFO or financial analyst looking to leverage their expertise with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze, and optimize financial models to support business decision-making.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and reports to support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to create and execute financial strategies.
• Conduct financial analyses to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
• Oversee cash flow management, financial reporting, and forecasting processes.
• Support fundraising activities by developing financial projections and analysis for potential investors.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Evaluate and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve financial performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience as a CFO, Financial Controller, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel and other financial software.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, and budgeting.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with the executive team.
