Job Title: Quality Assurance Nurse Reviewer (Overread Team) - 100% Remote

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Nurse Reviewer to join our Overread Team in a 100% remote capacity. This position is ideal for experienced nurses with a keen eye for detail who are passionate about improving healthcare outcomes. As a member of the Overread Team, you will review and assess clinical documentation to ensure it meets quality standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing patient care and ensuring the integrity of healthcare documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and accurate reviews of clinical documents, including patient records, case files, and medical reports.
• Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Provide feedback to clinical teams and support staff to improve documentation practices and workflows.
• Review complex cases, ensuring that all data is consistent, accurate, and complete.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the review process and optimize operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on current healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted license in the U.S.
• At least 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous experience in quality assurance, chart review, or medical record auditing preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, CMS).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
