We are seeking a Global Organizational Culture and Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team on a part-time, remote basis. This role focuses on driving impactful organizational change and cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity. As a strategic consultant, you will collaborate with global clients to assess their current cultural dynamics, design transformative strategies, and implement initiatives that align with business goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth cultural assessments across diverse global organizations to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic transformation plans to enhance organizational culture and drive alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and executive coaching to empower leaders and teams during cultural transitions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed culture change initiatives into everyday processes and operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of transformation initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on best practices, trends, and tools in organizational culture and transformation to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in organizational culture transformation, change management, or a related consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of cultural frameworks, employee engagement strategies, and leadership development.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools and methodologies for cultural assessment and transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience working in diverse, global environments with a sensitivity to cultural nuances.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a remote, part-time setting.
