About the Role

Are you an experienced insurance professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring their insurance needs are met. Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Policy Management: Oversee the entire policy lifecycle, including renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellations, ensuring all details are accurately handled.
• Coverage Consultation: Assess clients' insurance needs, provide coverage recommendations, and guide them through the complexities of commercial insurance products.
• Quoting & Proposals: Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for new and existing clients, leveraging carrier relationships to secure the best terms.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services that align with clients' needs and business goals.
• Claims Support: Assist clients with claims processing, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client files are up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations and company standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, carriers, and internal teams to deliver superior service and achieve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management, preferably in an independent agency or brokerage environment.
• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, Applied Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and client-focused approach.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Remote Work: Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong time management and discipline.
